A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Ika land, Emmanuel Ojemeh has emphasised the imminent overwhelming change in power play and politics in Delta State as the Chairman of NDDC, Barr Chiedu Ebie facilitates and empties the formidable DUG into the APC.
