Chief Jude Obidi Congratulates Hon Anwuzia, Rallies Community Support

A prominent community leader in Ogwashi-Uku, Chief Barr Jude Obidi, has congratulated Hon Chief Isaac Anwuzia following his emergence as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress for the Delta State House of Assembly seat representing Aniocha South Local Government Area ahead of the next legislative election.
Chief Obidi, a private legal practitioner and respected voice within the community, described Anwuzia’s victory at the party’s primary as a reflection of confidence in his leadership and political direction.
Speaking on the development, Obidi commended the lawmaker’s “courageous political leadership,” while assuring him of continued grassroots support as he seeks a second term in office.
According to him, effective leadership should not be measured solely by visible projects and physical infrastructure, but also by the ability to build strong political structures and social integration capable of sustaining long-term development.
“Sometimes we see politics from the point of physical dividends, but beyond that, there are other fundamental integration and foundation that pave the way for effective direction. So I appreciate the efforts and courage,” he said.
The endorsement is seen by political observers as another boost to Anwuzia’s growing support base within Aniocha South, where discussions around continuity, representation and party unity are expected to shape the political landscape in the coming months.
Hon Anwuzia is seeking re-election on the platform of the APC after completing his first term in the state assembly, where he has remained active in legislative and constituency matters.
